Our products are sold directly in the farm, by appointment.

We deliver in Rome and surrounding areas and we can also ship. 

Vegetables

We strictly follow the seasonality of the vegetables, without forcing production in any way.

preserves

We process the produce of our fields into preserves. The use of state-of-art technologies allows us to keep the fruit's and vegetable's taste and nutritional values, without any additive.

Wine

An old vineyard that grows on tufaceous soil produces Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes for white wine, and Sangiovese and Canaiolo for red wines. The grapes are farmed biodynamically and processed experimentally replacing the copper with milk for the prevention of fungal diseases. In the cellar the vinification takes place without adding any product allowed in oenology, for a completely natural wine.

Herbs and flowers

For the last few years we have been studying, selecting and collecting spontaneous and aromatic herbs with which we form wonderful misticanze, accompanied by seasonal flowers.

Wheat and derivatives

We cultivate and reproduce the seed of the ancient variety of wheat Verna, which was discarded because it is too tall and with little gluten therefore not suitable for industrial purposes. The grain is then stone grounded by the Molino F.lli Fabbri of Santa Maria in Neve, obtaining flour type 1, 2 and wholewheat. The flour is used for bread, pastries and pasta, both fresh and dried.
